Same here. I have a Big Green Egg grill in the back yard. It is used a lot. Sounds like I will be doing some cooking for a couple different groups this summer.
Before we leave for a trip I down load movies and such from Prime and Netflix. Make sure I have a bunch of books/magazines on my kindle, music on my phone, podcasts downloaded.
And then we never get around to watching anything.
MOST important, I make sure our maps our downloaded in case we lose connectivity. It's happened. Not fun.
I also have a back up paper map book now.
Where I like to play there is little to no coverage. I do have Verizon. My work phone is AT&T’s Firstnet for responders. I carry that for work and if there I need a phone in a contingency.
One of the map apps I really, really, like is Avenza Maps. The maps are stored on the device. It is great for trails. One of the trails I want to do is over east of the Tetons. I want to go from Gros Ventre to Dubois. I am not sure if it can even be done. I tried it a couple of years ago. However, I turned around after about 25 miles in. I have a better Jeep now.
We have a kamado grill, and love, love, love it. DH will grill us a pizza tonight, if I can get around to making some dough.
We are not as hard core as you, but will definitely check out avenza maps. Thanks!!!!

There are several Forest Service maps available. I presume there are others for public owned land. I like the road less traveled. When I retire I aspire to be a grizzly mountain man.
