Hola,
I may move to Canada if there are any American military bases near London or Hamilton Ontario, or in Michigan near the Canadian border

No air force military bases though
Thanks

Why would the location of a US base be a factor in moving to a foreign country?

No they aren't moving the base to Canada
He's looking for jobs in the military that are in Canada or in Michigan near the Canadian border

There are no US bases in Canada, just as there are no Canadian ones in the US. I don't believe that you can have residency in one country and work in the other.

That would be a question best addressed in the Michigan forum, although why you'd even be asking is a puzzle when Michigan didn't make your favoured destination list in another thread.

There is a military base in Michigan near the Port Huron/Detroit side - It's called Selfridge and it's near Mt. Clemens. It would be under an hour from Sarnia, Ontario and about an hour from Windsor, Ontario.

I don't know about any other border state. I am sure this can be found in a web search.
