Are the reports too? I heard Canadians hospitals are closing all over Canada because of lack of funds. The government can no longer afford to run these hospitals so they've decided to shut them down.

What will the Canadian people do?

No, the reports are not true. There have been no major changes like this occurring, and if such a thing were ever to happen, it would not happen all over Canada because we have provincial health care systems, not a national one. Logically, each province's finances and political choices are different, but there are is in fact no province where what you describe is happening. Where did you hear these "reports"? Tell me more about what you heard, you've been misinformed, or perhaps simply misunderstood a context, and I'd be happy to help you get to the bottom of things.

We will start paying for health insurance. I just hope health insurance covers treatment and therapy for speech impediments, I don't want to say "aboot" anymore.

Gee Boofy; thanks for the concern but if the reports are "too"; we'll manage somehow just as we always have. Gosh, I see an opportunity to start up a ferry service to increase the numbers of border crossers to Greenland and Cuba to avail ourselves of quality healthcare in lieu of all these facilities shutting down.
