Is it my understanding that the majority of snowbirds who spend the winter in Victoria, BC, or have relocated there for its mild weather and other amenities come from elsewhere in Western Canada (the Prairie Provinces and the BC Interior), as opposed to from Ontario, Quebec, etc.?
Also, do Western Canadians in general go to Victoria, BC, for these things more than to Arizona, Southern California, etc., or is it the other way around?
