What are your criterias when you move from one city to antother? (employment)

What are the most important things you are looking for in a new city to live in?
Is it the size, the province, the job opportunities, schools, stuff to do, etc.

Job opportunity would be my number 1 priority as i can adapt to just about any city where employment can be found.

Job opportunity, music community, cultural diversity, size (mid-sized cities are my preference), authenticity (nice architecture is important to me, but I dislike places that feel too intentional; I like a bit of grit), friendliness.
