I cant believe no one from Ontario knows the answer to this. I would assume anyone that was in the military would receive some type of VA pension and not ODSP???
A retired member of the CF will be eligible to receive benefits under the Canadian Forces Superannuation Act pension plan.
If a member is released from the CF due to physical impairment, they may also be eligible for a disability pension from Veterans' Affairs.
ODSP is an Ontario government program designed to help needy residents with living expenses; the colloquial name would be "welfare". It's doubtful that a retired or disabled member of the CF would meet the financial qualifications, but everyone's circumstances are different.
