Mass in Liver (pain, cyst, blood, ultrasound)

An ultrasound found a mass in cyst with legions and a large mass. I have get a cat scan now. Could this be cancer? My liver blood work is normal. It was found when I was getting and echo....so went back for the liver.

No one can possibly tell you if what was found *could* be cancer and honestly why would you ask such a question on a public forum? Do as your Physician advises and have the tests done and get a proper, professional, medical diagnosis.

Yes, possibly. Get the scan. It's painless and your Ins should cover it. See what the Dr says.
