Ok so the husband had his colonoscopy yesterday, they let us know that they removed 2 polyps and one biopsy. Now we have to wait 4 days for the results, why can't they do the testing immediately, they must let you stew and stress for the next 4 days to hear if we have a challenge or not.
Well he is being very positive and I needto feed off his positive mood, he his normally a pessimist but not thistime. We are holding off on contractingour new home until the follow up appointment.

Right! He very well could have saved his own life by having this done so be postitve!
My last one was a bit strange. I have never had any polyps before so I wasn't worried. Lo and behold, they found 5 precancerous polyps in there! Now I have to have another one 3 years later.
Polyps are no big deal...everyone has them. I had my first colonoscopy about 2 months ago and I am 34...the doctor can usually tell by looking at them if they are benign...but they need the tests to make sure. Even with only two, the big C word in the colon is one of the easiest to beat if detected early. You have nothing to worry about.
You folks are great I feel so much better about it, thank you. We will find out next week for sure but until then with your positive feed back I'm going to continue on with our plans and just wait to hear the positive news from the Doctor.
