A thought-provoking and very well done presentation on using the internet for health information. Please consider the source as you're searching for health information.
I have found a few I like - Life Extension Foundation is a great and very conservative one - with excellent, thorough articles with references, etc, at www dot LEF dot org. Yes, there's lots out there - lots good and lots other than good.
Regarding cancer, I would start with sites like MD Anderson, Sloan-Kettering, American Cancer Society etc - ie very well-known, proven, reputable places. Also (and I almost can't believe I'm saying this, but) government sites. These will sometimes reference others as well.
That said, I would always be willing to question or take with a grain of salt info as you research...and I would rarely if ever just take the word of ONE site.
