The fact that your sister was taken to the hospital while being passed out speaks volumes. You have it on record now that the police have been there due to her drug use, the EMTs have been there, I don't see how the authorities don't realize the wrong sister left the house.

You need an attorney. Try to find one through legal aid.

Thanks everyone for your advice and moral support. I went online to just answer legal, copied order of protection word per word. An attorney replied and I used his advice when I went to court. Of course, I didn't have to say much anyway, my poor sister with her burned out brain from drugs trying to act real professional. I do feel sorry for her as she is my sister. Mom isn't doing well under the stress. Shouldn't have to be way. Now that I've been cleared for a criminal offense, time to work at taking care of mom again. I'm still in a hotel.
