Well, I finally have some good news to post. My husband has been doing well and I have finally found enough time to take care of some of my health problems.
Someone make a great offer on the condo. While it was not the full asking price, it was a very appropriate price. It was a cash offer with no special requests and they want to close in three weeks. Yippee!!!

Glad to hear hubby is doing well and I am sure you are so relieved to have an offer on the condo, how wonderful it will be to get that over and done with.

So glad your husband is doing better. I bet having those teeth removed helped - any pain in your mouth seems so amplified.
