I also loved to read that story.
But it also (a little sadly) shows how different people can react when it's about one stray kitty as compared to a group of strays or ferals in town who are searching for food and shelter and are often to maybe the same people "nothing but a nuisance" and "full of disease, possibly rabies!" and can't get "rid of them" fast enough, or blame the responsibility on others than themselves.
