This is something I would call the vet about. They can give you better info than untrained people on the internet. I'm sure your vet will be happy to answer your questions over the phone.
I would research Reglan on line and seriously consider asking for an alternative drug, as Reglan crosses the blood/brain barrier and lowers the seizure thresh hold.
Reglan was a very common drug used in my hospital. I saw it given to hundreds of animals without ill effect. We used it on my little female cat one time and it was horrible...she was very clearly seeing things that weren't there. She was hyperventilating and staring at the ceiling. Her heart rate and breathing became so rapid we had to rush her in as an emergency...I thought she was going to scare herself into a heart attack.
I'm no longer as fond of Reglan.
