As much as Langley and Oscar love each other, play together and groom each other, I rarely see them snuggling together. Maybe I just don't notice. They each have their favorite spots - like Sheldon on Big Bang theory- and they seem to respect the sanctity of those spots.
Thank you ladies for the wonderful pics.....I have asked Santa for a camera of my own this year (one that I don't need a suitcase to carry attachments in or need a college degree to operate). If he comes through I will post some of our 22 fur children so I can share (sigh).....I love the pics, I gotta tell you.
This is the last photo I have of my two boys snuggling. Spooky had his belly shaved for an ultrasound (that found his cancer). His little "brother" came to give him a bath and take care of him. We had to put Spooky down four days later. Sure is difficult to look at these pictures.
Peppermint, what a sweet photo, and I am so sorry about Spooky. They do burrow deep down in our hearts, don't they? I am always telling mine that they need to live forever.

Thanks so much for posting!
I've never had a pet that I just couldn't get over losing. Spooky was the most amazing creature. I think he was my soul mate in some sort of way.
We are adopting a 16-year old kitty on Friday. Her owner had to move into a nursing home, and the daughters can't keep her. She's a nervous sort, like Spooky, and I was moved to adopt her. I hope her new "little brother" (above) will love on her and take care of her like he did Spooky. Her time with us will, undoubtedly, be relatively brief, but we are hoping to shower her in love in her last years.
