Sorry to get your attention with this title but I realized that I will see my cat again since months and I want to buy her a cheap/easy/effective toy. I thought about a snake toy but I am open to anything. I need something that my cat likes, because she always get bored soon. I will go this afternoon. Can you suggest me a good toy quickly?

Thank you!

We give these two toys big paws up:

Cat Catcher: https://www.amazon.com/Go-Cat-Catche...ds=cat+catcher

Da Ball: https://www.amazon.com/GoCat-Go-Cat-...ywords=da+ball

both are very loved and carried around the house!

If your cat is anything like mine, she will probably play with the package it came in more than the toy itself.
But I agree, the 'feather on a wand' type toy is usually a big hit with most cats. Mainly because it requires you to be involved with the playing. Static type toys have never held my cats' attention for very long.

Another vote for Da Bird from GoCat. Get the real thing, not a knock-off, especially the refill feathers. The real ones make a whirring noise when they fly; the knock-offs don't.

I found out first hand the dangers of yarn.

One of my cats got a hold of a string of yarn, probably 4 feet long. I noticed she was choking on something she had some yarn hanging out of her mouth. So I grabbed it and gently pulled on it. She had about one foot of it down her throat. She must have been playing with it got it on her tongue gets stuck on her tongue and swallowed it and kept swallowing. That was real scary. I don't know what would have happened if I wasn't right there.

Best toys: card board box, crumpled balls of paper, catnip, if they love string some thick rope like string like shoe strings for work boots..... My cats are crazy for string. You playing with cat.

No more yarn for you.. Yes very dangerous.

Let us know how the reunion went...
