Could this possibly be more than just a very pregnant kitty? It was sent to me by a friend (the picture-not the kitty) but Lord...this is strange looking.
Momma Kitty is on the petite side. However, she looked like she swallowed an open umbrella towards the end of her pregnancy. Once the kittens arrived she assumed the more chubby petite kitty profile.
Nearly 7 weeks now after delivery her belly is still rounded as the kittens are still nursing, but the rest of her is slim.
Oh my goodness. Do you personally know this baby/ Is she yours? I was in pain just looking at that big belly. I hope her delivery went without complications.
BTW I think I had the same look on my face in August when I could not take one more minute of being pregnant.
Poor thing. She looks like she is ready to explode. I'm wondering how many babies she had.
