Went back to original flavor food, no more puke piles. I'm pretty sure that was the culprit.

I'm glad that was taken care of. I feel for you, my cat is a puker when she is ill. She will puke anywhere. It is frustrating.

My vet says some cats are just more sensitive in their digestion. (350$ later)

I now have her on wet food and a little bit of dry because she loves it so much.

I have two older male cats and two kittens, brother and sister. The girl has a delicate stomach. I give high quality wet and dry food but sometimes she just barfs everything up. I experimented with different types of food and found that Weruva Paw Lickin Chicken agrees with her. Sometimes I give them poached chicken breasts for a treat.
