Well I know he's not staying. He comes and goes, and sometimes just eats and leaves. I saw him watching me take the dogs out the front door for a walk and he immediately left, ran lickety split across the street to another house (and almost got hit by a car). He looked back to see if I saw him and then went on his way. His left ear is clipped, sure sign of a TNR. I still feed him when he comes by.
