I've blocked access to the lower part of the windows facing the front and we've had bouts of rainfall so in the past few weeks there's been no sighting of that cat. It's only a matter of time though till that cat comes to the back patio to taunt my cat. They always 'know' which indoor kitties they'll get a big reaction from. I'm working on a solution for the back deck.
