My Kitten sailor she is vomiting an barely eating. She ate a lil first day and barely the 2nd day, and today Sunday evening she ate more during the day but vomited it all up 3x tonight. I gave her the normal pain pills the last one was for today I gave her this morning. Is she in pain is that why? She also shivers. Any advice would be much appreciated.

Don't wait for someone to reply, CALL the VET. Get her there to be looked at. If they aren't available, go to a different vet. Small kittens need attention from someone knowledgable. Call the doctor first, then
another vet, and explain the symptoms and get sailor to a vet. If she's not getting enough water, it could also be a part of the problem.
But you need to get her to the vet to see what needs to be done.
I've never had issues with a cat after being fixed. It sounds like a major infection is the most likely. If given after care instructions it probably says to call them immediately if symptoms such as what you are describing. Call your vet.

Get her to the vet TODAY, and STOP giving the pain pills, they are too strong for her.

^^Totally agree with this^^. Hopefully you've taken her back to your vet by now. If not, please do so. Time is of the essence, and post-op infections can be deadly to young cats. Hope everything turns out ok. Please keep us updated.
We never heard back from "Ashka" relative to the kitty vomiting etc. I wonder why some people come on and ask for advice, and become a 'one post wonder' ?

Sometimes posters forget that the forum works in 2 directions, and a follow-up post lets us know if the advice and suggestions had a positive effect, or not. That input can be useful the next time it comes up.
It's ok if they don't want to be a regular here, but a quick update doesn't cost much.

I wish I thought that was the reason, but it seems more likely they didn't take the advice and don't want us to know how things worked out.

You could be right, but I'm a "glass half full" kind of guy. Benefit of the doubt, and all that.
