Catdad, your posts always make me smile or get teary (in a happy way!) or both! Those kitties are adorable. Wish I could adopt all of 'em.
Reminds me of when I adopted Jack (also a gray kitty) as a kitten in December 2016 -- I was supposed to get a sibling of his too but that didn't happen. I had to keep Jack isolated because of fleas and worms and he was clearly very lonely for other kitties -- my human presence just didn't match up. I finally let my sweetie-pie Annie into his room and he was gaga over her. It was very sweet. A week or two later I was able to let my other new kitten Chloe into his room, and the two of them have been best friends and partners in crime ever since!
