I haven’t introduced them yet. Our basement has been finished into a playroom and that’s where she’s staying for now. I wanted to give her some time to decompress (and get her to the vet to ensure she doesn’t have anything that can spread to the dog) before bringing them together. I think they’re going to get along though. They’re both young and playful. Should be fun long-term.

Congratulations....with that backstory I would consider a Christmasy name like Noel.
