They are such pretty babies. I love the one with its tongue out.
I too have a thing about cats with blue eyes. One of these days I want one with one blue and one yellow eye. I had a white cat like that as a very small child and I was so surprised to see its two different eyes.
My current kitty is a dilute 'smoke' tortie. (The 'smoke' means her undercoat is a different/lighter color than the outer hairs.) I never knew this color existed until I got her, now I see dilute torties all the time. She looks like a tortoishell that got bleached! I think it's a gorgeous color though. She also has green eyes, my fave.
Of course orange tabbies are beautiful too, especially the ones with the big stripes.
I have four cats... one calico, one tortie and two orange tabbies, and the orange ones are my babies. The calico is the mama kitty, and the tortie is very independent. All four are females, we use to have six, but we lost two of them.
All kitties are beautiful! But I'm the opposite about orange tabbies. The ones I've known in my life have been nasty SOBs. But before all you orange tabby owners get up in arms ... of course they're not all like that ... Morris, for example.
Since my current kitties are tuxedo cats, they are my current favorites. They look so handsome in their blue (BoyKitty) and pink (GirlKitty) bow tie collars. I love Siamese cats. I love black cats. Tortoiseshell and calico cats are pretty.
*sigh* I wish I had a bigger house. Or less virulent allergies. Because two cats are my limit.
See, that's what's funny... for me it's always been the black/gray striped tabbies that were MEANIES!! My childhood cat was mean! Black/gray striped tabby, used to bite me, and slap my head when I walked by, and attack my ankles. My mom has one that is finally mellowed now that she's old but she was rotten for her first 8 years! Funny huh?
I want more cats too. It's a money thing for us. We have 2 cats and 2 dogs and 3 kids and just can't afford to properly care for more than that. Someday...

I am hearing more and more people say that the orange kitties are the sweeties. I had no idea that was the case.
I know my two are... they are cuddling lap cats and would be happy to be carried around all day. These two plus the tortie all sleep on our bed at night.
