That may work, but we don't have Dollar General stores here. I'll check at the 99 Cents Only and Dollar Tree Stores the next time I go to them. In the meantime, I just sweep.....

I don't know much about litter. There seems to be a sandy type (is that the "clumping litter"?) and there's the kind with tiny pieces of I think it's clay (?). There is also some that has tiny white crystals in it, and this I don't recommend; the crystals are HARD and very unpleasant to step on, if you happen to (and you will). I don't know what that's called, but you can see the tiny white crystals on the packaging.

I think I prefer the sandy type.

I use clumping litter. I've never used the kind with crystals in it, and don't like clay litter.
