Whoopi Goldberg probably isn't too thrilled about the latest viral video flying around the web. The clip, which is dated August 9, 1992, features the Academy Award-winning actress admitting she was stoned when she accepted her Oscar in 1991 for her role in 'Ghost,' TMZ.com reports.

she's honest and blunt. I like her. Enjoy most all her roles. So she smokes a little weed instead of the more fashionable consuming of alcoholic bevs. Good for her.

I absolutely agree with that! She just rubs me the wrong way on everything. But I love Whoopi the actress. IMO she's the worst dressed host I've ever seen too. She loves to wear this green and blue plaid sack dress that is 4X to big, it's horrible. She was probably stoned when she bought that.
