...constantly reinvent themselves. Take for instance William Shatner; he is always doing something new and interesting. Loved him on Star Trek, and I still watch him on his shows 'Shatner's Raw Nerve' and 'Aftermath'. I mean, the guy is what, eighty years old? I think he's fabulous!

Who do you like to watch even after 20- 30- or 40 years?

certain singers re-invent themselves every once in a while, they have to pretty much just to stay relevant. Like David Bowie and Madonna

Jane Fonda reinvented herself several times. From acting to activist back to acting to fitness guru to yoga guru, and God knows what else since then.

I like William Shatner, too.

I liked how John Litgow reinvented himself with comedy in his "Third Rock" show, and he was quite good at it.

Love how Robin Williams braved himself to take on some serious, often dark roles. . which he's incredibly good at.

I like celebrities who separate their family life from their 'celebrity' life and don't use their kids as attention getters.

Good examples are:
Ewan McGregor
Russell Crowe
Johnny Depp

yeah, even though I don't really care for Johnny Depp as an actor..he does keep his acting and personal life seperate and that's a good thing...

do not get on the political high horses - just keep it to yourself and do your craft to the best of your abilities. Do not tell us who to vote for - we do not care about your politics.

Another who comes to mind is Dolly Parton. Even though she started out singing, and has continued singing, she also did movies, and for the last twenty years has had the amusement park. How fun to be able to pursue all of your interests and be successful at them!

How seriously? He is a hip hop artist, a clothing designer and an actor. He might be money hungry but he is driven and talented in a lot of different areas.
