Vick now has written a book...I don't believe for a second that that half-wit is capable of writing anything above a preschool level, and that would be a severely mentally challenged preschooler.

My interest in football has pretty much dropped to zero, mainly because of that scumbag Vick. I was a huge Eagles fan since I was a kid, but I cannot root for that dirtbag, I don't like him as a human being, and I don't even like him as purely a football player.

I do find it funny that most Vick defenders are black, which leads me to believe they're only defending him because of his skin color. Personally, I couldn't care less if he's purple, I just don't like the dirtbag.

Which leads me to the question...why do many black people defend and glorify hoodlum and "gangsta" types, but will blast honorable, educated, law abiding members of their ethnicity? See how the NAACP and other blasted Donovan McNabb, essentially calling him an Uncle Tom or that he acts too "white." McNabb was a black man you'd want kids looking up to....Michael Vick, not so much.

I'm a very well grounded person.

I had wished that Michael Vick breathe his last breath a couple of years ago. I continue to wish it. I don't think he needs to spend any more time in prison... he just needs to cease existing. As do ALL animal/child abusers.

Sure you can, just as I wish him future success and happiness (especially on the football field! )

They eat dogs in other cultures. Each species, including humans, is just part of the overall food chain.

Some cultures eat humans....should we excuse murder too? Since I've had a dog, its really made me realize what scum the human race really is. We could learn a lot from dogs.

If people like Vick and Sandusky ceased to exist I wouldn't shed one single tear.....ditto Casey Anthony. They're all human pieces of waste.

Great logic. We eat cows, chickens, etc. So lets just torture these animals prior to killing them to enjoy some meat.

Animals still feel pain just like we do, they just don't speak. We will always continue to eat meat as a society, but it should all be done humanely. I think everyone agrees on the humane treatment of animals, if not, you're a pretty scary person.

Dog fighting, torturing, killing animals for fun vs. quickly killing and eating for survival. You don't see the difference?

Same here. They really teach you acceptance, compassion, and love. It may make me sound like a hippy, but my pooch really opened my eyes. I still can't even understand how she can possibly love people as much as she does, despite being abused as a pup.
