Fred Willard was arrested for lewd conduct last night in Hollywood when police allegedly caught him with his pants down in an adult movie theater ... TMZ has learned.
According to law enforcement sources, LAPD undercover vice officers went into the Tiki Theater in Hollywood and found the 78-year-old "Anchorman" star watching last night's feature ... with his penis exposed and in his hand.

PBS has given Fred Willard the boot from Market Warriors after the actor was busted for allegedly playing with himself in a Hollywood porn cinema. "Given the unfortunate news," Willard is off the show with immediate effect, and will be replaced as narrator by Antiques Roadshow host Mark Walberg, a PBS spokesman tells ABC. Willard, 76, still has a starring role in ABC's Trust Us With Your Life, and also appears in upcoming movie The Yank.
No wonder California is broke....they're actually using law enforcement to bust people wacking it in a porn theater??? What do they think people do at porn movies....grab a popcorn and enjoy the storyline?
But I have to wonder, in the age of the internet and DVDs, why would anyone go to a porn theater? I can't believe there's much demand for XXX theaters these days.... Unless they do 3-D movies...that would be pretty cool.
