Famed test pilot Gen. Chuck Yeager was in court this week, facing a lawsuit over alleged non-payment homeowner fees.

The retired Air Force Brigadier General -- who turns 91 next week -- and his wife Victoria owe about $28,000 in unpaid dues, according to the Sacramento homeowners association that is suing him.

Just another power and money grab by a greedy HOA trying to claim properties that aren't part of their association as usual.
