From what I heard this is how he talks all the time, as well as his sister. He doesn't seem to be acting at all. He even makes small jokes. We are seeing his real personality- however as not under the influence of a substance. We don't know what he's like under the influence. Maybe he throws things around in a rage. But that's not illegal unless it's aimed at someone.
I can make a good guess. I bet he is an irritable brooder when he's high, and probably an arrogant snarky diva when drunk. He thinks he's cooler and deeper than most people, eccentric like a beat poet. So he is probably easily irritated by those he perceives as normies. And he obviously likes being attended to. Offbeat diva, high maintenance, irritable, brooding, demanding drunk, IMO. He just really reminds me of a friend of mine who is quite like that, even the way he speaks and also an artist.
The stuff Johnny said/wrote about Amber I think it was in texts was over the top disgusting, like 4chan murder porn fan fic. Sure just angry venting but creatively horrifying words.
Stealing a few moments from work to see how the trial is going. Depp is getting crucified under cross examination. LOL. Amber's lawyer (Stanford Law) is doing a good job and has affected my sentiments towards Johnny Depp. Still, I try to remain impartial.
I also find it interesting that Johnny Depp is speaking and responding much more fluidly under cross examination.

Probably Elon Musk dumped her, but the articles claim they dated AFTER the divorce, while also having an affair during the marriage to Johnny. Elon Musk has denied however that they were involved during her marriage to Depp.
In todays trial (Thursday),Ambers lawyer keeps referring to the U.K. transcripts. What is that all about? Was there another trial before this one in the U.K.?
I watched for a half hour or so, when he described his wedding and the drug lifestyle. I’m sad for those people. It proves that money can’t buy happiness, and how f-up those people are.
Johnny Depp was so great in Pirates. It’s a shame his life and those he surrounds himself with are so lost.
I wonder what will come out about his high and/or drunken behavior and how often did this occur and with what severity. The Dr Jekyll and Mr. Hyde phenonmenon is a VERY real thing for some people. They become completely different people when under the influence with a near total personality change. It can make the people close to them, around them intensely angry and bitter because the person you know and love is now gone and replaced by this horror person.
Often the Hyde character can be mean, cutting, argumentative, angry, arrogant, even aggressive and violent. They often do not remember what they said, how they acted when in the very intoxicated state. The next day they may likely deny how intoxicated they were or simply apologize and say they won't do it again. But they do over and over and over.
So when Heard talks about him being/turning into a 'monster,' is this what she is referring to? This kind of ongoing dynamic in a relationship can fester the most intense resentment, and if the sober one reacts and engages with the intoxicated one, it can get very very ugly very fast. It's a horrible never-ending cycle you get pulled into with the addict. I will be interested to hear from her side if in fact this was a significant and ongoing dynamic in this match made in hell. If so, then I would have more understanding of her increasing and frequent anger in the relationship which Depp notes took place.
I have to wonder about Depp. He talks about his finances being a mess so was this partly because he was often escaping out of reality with drugs and alcohol through the years.
I seem to remember some video that was taken covertly by his partner (I assume it was Amber) a couple of years ago, maybe when they were in the divorce process? Of Depp being completely sh*t faced drunk, screaming, swearing, throwing a wine bottle across the room at her. Very ugly.
So, yeah, I would believe the Jekyll/Hyde thing about him, if that was his “norm” when drunk.
