Reminds me of the time Willie Nelson tried to fight a pot bust by claiming the cops didn't have probable cause. A comedian said "Probable cause?...um, it's Willie Nelson!"
Well, as Tater Salad said in one of his books, "I had the right to remain silent, but I didn't have the authority", which applies to him yet again since he got busted once more.
