NEW YORK, Jan. 28 (UPI) -- A woman says she is willing to take a DNA test to prove she is the never publicly acknowledged, illegitimate daughter of U.S. comedian Jerry Lewis.
Granted, the mother might have been wrong but when a person believes he/she could be your child, I think the moral thing is to give them the closure they're looking for.
If you're man enough to have a sexual relationship with a woman you should be man enough to accept any possible consequences.

And this is the thing.. Jerry knows if he had an affair with the mother or not.
I don't doubt Jerry's wife knows as well.
I have seen this story before. Isn't there someone who says she was Hank Williams daughter and if I remember someone said they were Elivis kid. Jerry Lewis isn't eveb married to the wife he was when this girl would have been born. So I doubt it is about his wife. She does look like him but if you think you are his daughter is going on TV a really great way to connect with Dad.

It's also entirely possible a child can be conceived during a night of drunken sex & the man really DOESN'T remember who he slept with. (If that was a woman, we'd call her a ****. Men have gotten away easy with this amoral behavior for way too long! And always, it is the CHILDREN who suffer because of the actions of selfish adults.)
I think when a celebrity is involved, the money situation makes this an even more complicated problem. Money AND the precedent it could set for OTHER people to step forward & claim you are their father.
Maybe a potential father should have some agreement drawn up by a lawyer to protect his money AND his name & if the 'child' agrees to sign, he agrees to take the test.
I agree, she does look like him. Why doesn't she just stalk him & steal a cigarette butt or a drinking straw & have that tested for dna? lol
