No one really knows the truth except the family and they are giving different answers. There are several groups:

Group 1 - He was buried a long time ago
Group 2 - He was cremated
Group 3 - He was buried in Neverland but it's a secret
Group 4 - He's still not buried because of the tox report
Group 5 - There is no body to bury because he's alive hence the delay

You can take your pick.

None of the family gives the same answer, they could at least colaborate and all tell the same story.

You know I can see both sides of the family where they want him to be but I just wish a decision would be made and bury him. I think the best thing would be to make a replica of Neverland then his estate will be generating money forever like Elvis. Last year Elvis was the highest paid dead person.

Then all of MJ's debts can be repayed and money set aside for each of his children. The rest of MJ's family and leeches can fend for themselves if I were the sitting judge hearing that case.
