Absolutely. I think she was an incredible actress. Don't know a whole lot about her, but I will never forget her performance in Whatever Happened to Baby Jane. Dang, that woman was scary good in that film!

I like her, would love to be able to "catch up" on a bunch of her old movies that I've never seen.

I still love "Baby Jane" because of the stupendous performance from both actresses. But I always crack up in that scene where Bette hisses to herself, "You miserable -itch!", because she seems to really mean it.

Since Bette Davis and Joan Crawford really didn't like each other, to put it mildly, maybe they didn't need to do a lot of acting for "..Baby Jane".

Baby Jane, was AMAZING and Bettie scared the heck out of me. A true talent and wish more actresses of today was of her level, now a days we have to settle with plastic surgery beauties that do a great job at looking beautiful but very noticeably can't act to save their life.

I think Bette Davis was the epitome of class and style. Not to mention one of the finest actresses of all time. I am so happy to see that people still love her!

I agree. That talent and class just not out there in Hollywood any longer, sadly. My favorite of her movies, Now Voyager (1942).

Bette was an amazing actress--love her movies. She was quite the diva though--didn't like a lot of her co-stars.

What is not to love about Bette Davis? If she was a bit of a diva, she was allowed to be one; she was one in a million.

Like many others, she scared the bejesus out of me in Baby Jane.

Remember the song "Bette Davis Eyes" by Kim Carnes? She did have beautiful eyes, didn't she?

I sometimes use an avatar of an older Bette smoking with "What a dump!" written on the pic.
