LYRICS EXCERT:

You know them G's, they be hollerin', 'specially them hot ones
Brooklyn, Atlanta, Houston to New Orleans
When they see me they be like, yo B let me call you
You breakin' my focus boy, you cute and you ballin'

You like it when I shake it?
Shawty on a mission, what your name is?
What, you want me naked?
If you liking this position you can tape it on your video phone
VANESSA HUDGENS

[AND WE KNOW SHE WENT FURTHER THAN THIS...

Teen star Vanessa Hudgens in nude Internet scandal | Herald Sun
TEEN Disney starlet Vanessa Hudgens has been forced to apologise after a nude photo scandal erupted during her visit to Melbourne.
A naked photo of the star of smash hit children's movie High School Musical appeared on the internet on Friday.
Hudgens, 18, is visiting Melbourne with boyfriend and co-star Zac Efron, who is promoting his latest film, Hairspray.
Yesterday Hudgens tried to put the controversy behind her with a visit to Flemington Racecourse.

The image was blurred and the voice distorted, but the words spoken by a young Ohio woman are haunting. She had sent nude pictures of herself to a boyfriend. When they broke up, he sent them to other high school girls. The girls were harassing her, calling her a **** and a *****. She was miserable and depressed, afraid even to go to school.

Her teen committed suicide over ‘sexting’ - Parenting & Family

___________________________

Technology can be a dangerous thing today. We all know that if celebrities promote something, teens will follow and emulate it. Celebrities have got to know that their actions (private or not) can have effect on their fans. Even after all that has happened concerning "sexting" Beyonce puts out a song that encourages sending naked photos via cell phones?? Vanessa Hudgens kept her Disney job with no repercussions. What message did Disney send with that?

Personally I think law enforcement should get involved in sexting. You are under age and trafficking porn. Plain and simple. They can trace where it came from. Somer time in Juvie or jail will cut this crap out.

Secondly, considering the tragic ending this can have (the girl above) Beyonce and GaGa show no regard for their status and influence.

Of course they do. But it takes a village, at times....society should help parents by putting out a responsible product. They should not undermine the parent.

I didn't start the fire. But I'll walk by and squirt lighter fluid on it and then raise my hand in innocence???

These artists already know these kids are doing things unheard of in any generation. A girl committs suicide from sexting. Then Beyonce puts out a video (aimed at teens) that sexting is cool. Lotta single parent families today.....mostly run by mom working two jobs. Very hard to keep your kids' minds on the right things, in that situation.

I'm not sayoing that artists should be held responsible for a tragedy. I asking that they act responsibly.

I don't have teens left to raise...but one thing is for sure...they wouldn't have a cell phone unless they could fully pay for it on their own...monthly plan...and all. No piggy-backing on others plans.

I was at a ballgame at CitiField this past summer and two "dads" were complaining in the restroom how they spent hundreds of dollars for the day out for the family, and all the kids do during the whole game is text. Hello??? Shouldn't the parent take the phone away? Sure enough, I get back to my seat, and look over two rows...and there's a 12-ish year-old boy texting away. He does so continuously for the next 2 innings. Even when everyone else was on their feet cheering a game tie-ing triple, this kid was sitting in his seat texting away. He was oblivious to what was going on around him! This kid was at the game....but he never saw it...and I doubt if even knew the final score. He continued texting as he left his seat after the game.

A parent cannot control society...but they should control their children.

Entertainers aren't responsible for setting standards.
Parents are.
Unfortunately, our society have made hero's out of these morons who have no values.
And those morons have made millions with our parental dollars.

And this isn't new. Babe Ruth would be a horrible hero to emulate in his private life. Many sports "heros", as well as many actors and actresses of that day, would be equally bad to look up to. Anyone see Mommy Dearest? Yep...many little girls were named Joan (after Joan Crawford), as that was baby-naming craze of that generation. They were bad then...and they are bad now...so, it's up to today's parents to control. Unfortuately, a large majority (IMO) have chosen to let the kids control the parent-child relationship.

These kids already knew about sexting long before Beyonce started singing about it. She's just capitalizing on a popular phenomenon. At this point, with Vanessa Hudgens, Miley Cyrus, and Rhianna's naked cell phone pics being put on the internet for the world to see, if a teenager doesn't know the potential repercussions of sending these, they're an idiot.
