Virgin Mobile in DFW area (coverage, ATT, functions, signal strength)

need to get new phone--washed mine yesterday--
had ATT coverage but it is month to month and can cancel w/o penalty

was checking other data plans--
Virgin Mobile has low unlimited for all functions but don't know anyone with that coverage

am in DFW area--travel in TX and go to FL/Sarasota area
on the VM coverage map those areas seem like they would have good data and voice coverage

any comments from anyone currently using VM in DFW area
How does the data access to Internet work--do you have good signal strength
