So far, I've download all the free versions for the following:
Evernote
OneNote
Read it Later
RTM (Remember The Milk)
Simplenote
Springpad
Which of those would you say are worth the purchase if I wanted to buy the full version? And yes, I realize that some of those are free-only but I figured I'd still list them. Thanks
I use them in conjunction. I am on my PC a lot, and use their website all the time. When I'm on the run, all my notes and appointments, etc. are all there.
I use Simplenote, and I really like it. I put all my shopping lists in there (on the desktop web app) and it's all there on the iPod Touch when I need it.
Same is true of TeuxDeux: if you haven't seen this one, go check it out. It's also sync-able with the desktop web app.

That's it! And in my opinion, it's worth much more than the $$ the mobil app costs. The web app is at no charge.
And no.....I'm not in any way connected with the site nor do I profit in any way. It's just one of the best things I've run into for helping me stay organized and coordinated.
