I have had the phone for 20 days or so.
Calls over WiFi are GOOD if and only if you have high speed access on your network. Mine is NOT all that strong so I do not use it to make calls. Calls over WiFi networks in public locations (i.e., Starbucks, Panera's, Hilton, Marriott, etc.) have been very good.
Calls over the Cell network have been excellent.
Once you figure out the limitations, it is no problem to use.
The GPS is a LOT better than the Blackberry.
