Thanks. I tried that already. Must be missing something because "reduce motion" does not appear to show up! I'm still looking.

Now you can upgrade to 7.0.3 and reduce the motion effects, it's great.

I finally found the reduce motion feature and turned it off. So far so good!!!

Hmmm…I have not seen any since my employer handed me a 4th generation 128GB iPad. But I did update iOS7 three times already.
