Awww you could do it! Super simple - you turn the phone landscape style, hold it with the fingers of both hands, and use 2 thumbs to text. It's just like typing with 2 hands. Only using 2 thumbs. It's much,much faster than typing with one finger - hunt and peck.

I compose emails on my phone like this as well.
