Based on this post I tried to redeem some points that had been accumulating for ten years. On coupon printed, and the second coupon didn't print. So I lost the points and didn't get a coupon.

The general observation is that they weren't worth much, and were the standard way of rewarding you for a service you were overpaying for.

As far as we know the Verizon rewards program only started a year or so ago, and we have been with them for over 10 years. Here is a link.
