Which Android device has the highest pixel and brightest display for price? (devices, tablets)

I've had a few devices in the past like the Galaxy S2 and S3 which were given as gifts during their popularity 5 and 6 years ago. They were good at the time but now I'd prefer to purchasing something myself more state-of-the-art.

I always see hear about 4K smartphones and tablets which look very stunning and hear terms like OLED,
Gorrilla Glass etc.

So tech experts, if I wanted a tablet that could play 2k videos as well as be very bright, which one would I choose?
