Correct. As you mentioned, this phone came out 16 months ago. It's not worth investing that much money into.

Again the AGE of the phone means nothing... he's going to be stuck with it for 18 months...


Although here's a thought OP: Have you shopped around for a better price? $219 is a bit steep.
