Android App to record/log noise?
============================================

Thanks for replies to my posting. I find some high noise events happening around my apartment . I want to capture these noise events as it happen .

I am looking for app to record/log the noise beyond certain level.

I did try with decibel x , sound meter

Sound meter is not responding to noise. Decibel X i detecting, but I did not see a way to log/record only certain level of noise.

Are there any other Android App to look?

Thanks for your guidance.

From what you describe, you would be better off buying a mini-cassette or a digital recorder instead. The microphone on your cell phone may not be sensitive enough for what you need.

OP, I think I saw your question also posted on Howard Forums. If so, there seems to be more feedback there currently. Best of luck. Let the community know what you ultimately do and if it worked or not.
