Contractor/builder reference for James Island (Summerville: new house, neighborhood, roofing)

We just moved here recently and bought a house on Riverland Terrace. Now we have a few contractor jobs to place with local carpenters, such as screened porch, roofing, addition. Instead of just calling anyone on Yellow Pages, I wanted to know who of you has made good experiences with carpenters/builders in James Island. Just want to avoid to be one bad experience richer once the job is done. Thanks to all in the neighborhood.

I can highly recommend Tim Arnold 843-469-2458 He is a Summerville licensed contractor.
My son purchased a repo house in Mt Pleasant Nov 2008 that had roof and termite issues and was generally in poor repair. Tim was on the job every day to manage the work, saved us $$$$ on negotiating with sub contracted workers, hard working, professional, honest and very easy to work with. The end result looked like a new house.
