We moved here in May of this year from FL and decided to rent a place for a while till we figured out where we wanted to buy.

Well, we have found a deal on a house that we can not pass up and we would like to find someone to assume our lease from November 15th through April 15, 2011.

It is 1720 sq ft 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath. Two car garage with storage loft to store a ton of stuff. Large back patio and screened in porch as well. Rent is $975 per month. Carpet was brand new when we moved in and is still in new condition. AC system was just replaced with a new energy efficeint system and makes the utility bills nice and low. It is in the gated community of The Park at River's Edge. It takes me 5 minutes to get to the Air Force Base and about 7-8 minutes to get to Boeing. Great location that is close and central to everything. I can be anywhere in the area from Summerville to Mt. Pleasant and to Downtown within 20 minutes. Very safe and quiet place.

Trash and Lawn maintanence is included in the rent. That's right, no mowing or trimming of bushes. I have become spoiled with that. You have access to the community pool, park, and clubhouse as well. The pool is huge and nice. If you have a boat, the boat yard in the neighborhood is available to you as well. Included in the rent as well.

Just shoot me a message if you want to take a look. Or call me at 843-718-7622. The landlord has given the ok to look for someone to assume the lease or you can sign a new one year lease with him. After April 15th it goes month to month if you want to go that route as well. He's a great person to rent from. This is in a great part of N. Charleston. I moved here with my wife and two young daughters. And we love it here. It is not located in a bad part of N. Charleston.

One last bump to the top. Our landlord has let us out of the lease by paying a small fee that I am willing to pay. But I would like to still hang on to that money if we can find someone to assume the lease. We close on Oct 29th on our new house and plan to be out by Nov 7th.
