I will be living in South Carolina in 9 days. I will be staying in Mount Pleasant at extended stay for a while. I have a few more questions.

1. I will have to be to work on Meeting Street (near Charles Place Hotel) for 9:00 am. What is the approximate time it will take me from Mount Pleasant on Wingo Way (I think that is the street name)?

2. Are there any places in Mount Pleasant that have a soup and salad buffet type bar?

3. Does anyone know of a good place to play bingo?

4. Can someone recommend a good vet for my dog in Mount Pleasant?

Thank you!

I can only help you with the commute time, it will be about 10 minutes for you to get accross the bridge and down town from that area....

You can always go over to Whole Foods on Houston-Northcutt Blvd --only a few blocks from the Wingo Way motels. Whole Foods is generally not cheap but darn good with many choices on the many buffets. There's always 2-3 fresh soups daily. And plenty of everything else. Or buy a pint of soup & microwave back at the motel.
And 10 minutes is an accurate commute time -- just add parking time. You could probably even walk it in 45-60 minutes.

My vet is not in Mt. Pleasant but just across the bridge on Meeting street. It's Patrick Vet, I love them! Very reasonable too & very good with my dogs!

East Bay Deli near the airport rocks my face off. I had no idea there was another one of them around.
