Let's hope it stays a tropical storm and doesn't strengthen into a hurricane. That's a pretty threatening cone. We could use the rain..I'm not so sure we need that much at one time though.
So far it's not even projected to reach hurricane speeds. Not one map shows it hitting anything above Florida. This is a baby storm. If you have to be hit by one, this is the type you want.
Just a reminder that is a cone to show where the possible centerline of the storm may or may not go, not where it will hit. And it will change 50 times, especially that far out.
It is just as likely to be a dry weekend because the storm will suck up all the moisture and rain over the water as it is to hit us.
