These Subdivisions In Charleston (safety, station, distance)

Hi, I am wondering if any of you are familiar with these particular subdivisions. I am interested in finding out what they are like in terms of safety and proximity to downtown Charleston.

West Oak Forest
Orleans Woods
Tiger Swamp
Pierpont
Melrose
Air Harbor

I highly recommend you pick an address in downtown Charleston and pick an address in each of your subdivisions and do a map quest search (or similar) to determine the distance to downtown. Also, for safety, call the local police station and ask them what kind of calls they get in each subdivision.
