I dont really watch the show but my oldest son and husband do. I took interest because it was a local ship. I didnt' watch it all but did DVR it. My Dad, from out of state, called to tell me it was on....
I'll have to keep an eye out for the episode you mention.
ANY warship that has seen combat and men die will have an aurora of the afterlife. As they more then likely died a violent end their spirit may not want to leave as they have unfinished business. BTW I'have seen ghosts so I'm not knocking it. Just the show which is stupid. I'm waiting for a few of em to pose for the camera.
I'm usually not a fan of this show but watched it last night because of the local connection. I have to say I was impressed with the content. Pretty amazing.
My brother was online (he lives in RI) and sent me a message to let me know it was on. He was watching it too.
Mini, my phone rang at 9:04 and that never happens. I said out loud jokingly, "Oh my goodness, I hope no one died"...lol.
It was cool to see inside the ship, as I haven't been (my kids and husband have). I'm not a believer of ghosts and I think the show is a big exaggeration but it is all in good fun.....
I like to hear the history of what happened on the ships/places that makes them believe ghosts might be present.
